SALMON STEAKS FLAMANDE

  1. Sprinkle a buttered dripping-pan with chopped onion, and season with pepper and salt.
  2. Lay salmon steaks on top
  3. Brush with the yolk of a beaten egg
  4. Cover with a layer of chopped onion and parsley
  5. Season with salt, red pepper, lemon-juice, and dots of butter
  6. Bake for half an hour.
